The work executed in our creative studio strives to be exploratory, fresh, and award-winning. We believe there are no “canned answers” to the unique conditions that each project pre-possesses and this philosophy translates to a high level of attention to the specific issues and phenomena surrounding each project undertaken. The design team has a set of diverse skills and interests, allowing BL/OV to deliver exceptional design to projects with complex constraints and conditions.
The partners of BL/OV have lectured or exhibited work at The Center for Architecture in New York, The Boston Center for the Arts, The Cincinnati Contemporary Art Center, The Cleveland Institute of Art, Museum of Design Atlanta, The National Building Museum in Washington D.C., and elsewhere. BL/OV’s design work has been featured in Architectural Record, Metropolis, d’Architecture, ArtNews, and elsewhere.
